I asked for almond and they came out round and just deformed... my nails are all slanted it was empty when i went in but gave them the benefit of the doubt, was i wrong

Hi Paula. I'm sorry about the experience you had. I remembered when you called, I gave you the price for the dip nails and 2 tips with the round shape you asked for (I did ask if you wanted almond/coffin shape as the price would change with those shape). So that is what I told the tech who was servicing you what you were getting. We charged you for those services accordingly -- anytime there is almond/coffin shapes like that is extra and that wasn't charge to your service. But I just didn't think the tech heard you when you mention the almond shape. If possible, anytime if you get your nails done and they need to be sharper or a specific shape and the tech didn’t get it correct. Please just let the tech know and they can fix it for you. Or you can call us and let us know if you have left the salon, we would have help you with this misunderstanding.

Came here after my doctors appointment the gentleman that did my nails was super kind and very fast. I even got to vent about my problems in which he gave me really good advice (thanks by the way). Will definitely book again.

This place is IT..nice looking clean the staff is excellent. Been coming like for 6 mths. Trish is amazing so is Khan her partner in crime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
