Flowers of Lady Lake

Flowers delivered yesterday for a funeral today. They are already wilted and looked horrible.

Order flowers Saturday morning to be delivered Monday for spouse birthdaycalled several times Monday morning and evening they told me the delivery guys is in my area that the flowers will be delivered its after 6pm flowers are still not herethe store is closed worst service ever! I will b requesting my money back!

They truly screwed me over on Valentines Day! I placed a special order on the 9th of February 2022; to be delivered on Valentines Day 14FEB2022. **The delivery address was 4miles away from the florist which is a 9 minute drive**. I called the next day @8am on 15FEB2022, I spoke to the sales associate and she told me that the driver said the building was closed upon delivery. I didnt receive a text, email, call nor a time regarding this failed delivery attempt. I dont believe that the building was closed. The business hours are 9am-8:30pm Monday-Friday. I gave them a chance to fix it being that it is right down the street. After 3hours of waiting for my Order I canceled my order. Im extremely disappointed.

My parents lost their 10 year old pug this week and being in the military, I live to far away to give them a hug. When I called Flowers of Lady Lake and ordered next-day delivery, they gave me their word that they would pick out the best bouquet and deliver it to their door. They went above and beyond and made my parents day. Thank you!
