The Villages Florist Of Lady Lake

Looks like they are out of business!! Took my money and ran! Went in 10/30 to order flowers. Was told to be back the following Saturday. The widows were covered with butcher paper, the door was locked and the phone went unanswered. Not even a hand written note on the door to apologize!

I would have given them a 4 but they stated they wouldn't send me a picture of the flowers I purchased for my MIL's birthday. MIL said the arrangement was pretty so that's all I have to go by. I've had other florist I've used text me a picture. May or may not use them again.

I live in Maine and I wanted to send my mother flowers at work in the the villages. I searched google for a "florist the villages, FL" I called the first, plantation-something, rude, she cut me off before I could finish asking what their same day delivery cut off time. "-tooo late!",ok I get it. She did me a favor, I called The Villages Florist of Lady Lake and a very nice woman Michelle answered. She was eager to help me and find out exactly what I was looking for. Instead of picking a bouquet from their website I asked Michelle to use her creative expertise. I gave her a price range and told her to go crazy. She was happy to oblige. 3.5 hours later I received pictures from my Mother. The bouquet was big and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Michelle! I couldn't recommend this florist enough!!

Didnt write down the correct order we wanted. Sent the wrong flowers to a funeral. Didnt offer a discount for their mistake or any remedy of any kind.

I have purchased numerous times from this particular shop, and they have always done a fantastic job. My mother was to have two arrangements delivered to her. They had both arrangements made when we found out our mother wasn't even in town for the weekend. They waited for her to return. Made new arrangements, and they were delivered to a very excited mother.
