The lady that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional, she instantly had an attitude when questioned about added charges. Refused to give us the HOA number she claims that they work with that originally called to have the car towed. No one on this end was rude or nasty meanwhile she’s raising her voice at paying customers and then hung up on us mid conversation because she was upset. She also refused to explain why she originally gave one price and demanded cash only but then the price is different when we show up at the place and all of the invoice is digital but we have yet to receive a receipt. All of the people involved refused to give any names when asked. Service: Car towing

Towed our car, tried to call to speak to someone no number works and this place looks like a dump site. Very unprofessional and caused a lot of issues on our trip

I think his name was Joe. Nice tow truck driver. Came earlier than expected after I was stood up by another towing company. Totally reliable and professional.
