I have waited 2 hrs for a tow. Thank god I wasn't stuck in the highway or in a bad position because I was told there should be someone on the way. 2 hours.

Drivers cause accidents and the company refuses to pay for the damages and avoids insurance. Company is not serious.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He right away, figured out what was wrong with my car. If ever I need a tow, I know who to call.
