        Never ordering from this place again! I was under the impression we’d have out waterslide overnight…. The website was not clear on this! Every other place I have ordered from leaves their things overnight! They picked up at 6pm…. The party was just getting started! My son was not able to enjoy his slide for his bday! When I asked to keep it overnight, I was told it would be an additional $35-$50… I was not happy about it, but I was willing to pay so my son would enjoy it longer…. I asked again what the exact price to keep it would be, and the price jumped to $99!!!!! What a freaking rip off!!! Plus the slide was not in good condition and had exposed Velcro and seams that injured one of the kids at party!!! Very disappointed and unhappy!

        I will never recommend this company if you even want to call it that. They never delivered the bounce house i rented for my daughters birthday. Delivery time says between 7am -2pm and the “delivery drivers” said the earliest they could be at my house was 5pm after i already had paid them 143.00……with that said they never arrived and i had an upset birthday girl. They never picked up their phone for 3 days. Do not use this company!!! They are rude as hell and will hang up on you. Stole my money and never delivered the bounce house.

      We are a family owned business located in Kissimmee Fl. We have been in business for over 8 years and have loads of experience in the inflatable bounce house industry. My husband and I built this company from the ground. It all started when our daughter wanted a bounce house for her birthday years ago. Not only did we see the business potential in the rental company, we also saw the happiness that it brought to our children and the memories we created. We constantly change our inventory around so we guarantee a unit in great condition and all rentals are always properly installed and tied down before we leave the property.
