I've rented from them twice already for my son's birthday parties. They were reliable and punctual both times and the staff was also very nice

Cancelled on us the day they were supposed to deliver! Said that they had mechanical issues! Do not book! Read the reviews! Horrible customer service

First off, you call the number listed on the webpage, it always goes to voicemail and directs you to call a different number to speak with someone. You call that number and still no answer. The person at least texted me but I could never get on the phone with who I was speaking with. I had to ask several times to whom I was speaking to. I called on a Wednesday for a Sunday event. I communicated with this person from Wednesday to Friday. They said no deposit required, at that point I wanted to call and speak with someone to make sure this was a legit business and we would be all set for Sunday and provide last details. I tried to call, no answer. But would respond to my text only. I gave my information and confirmed on Friday evening that we were set for Sunday, they "confirmed" and then NEVER showed up. Not even a call or text. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but I thought I would give it a try anyway. Frankly, a word of advise. It just seems like a waste of time going back and forth with customers if you have no intention of following through. Clearly there is no customer service nor wanting to make money for your business so.. just shut down. There are plenty of business REALLY wanting to provide a good reliable service and you are not one of them. To anyone considering this place, don't bother as you will be disappointed.

If i can give them no star at all i would. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. 1st they didnt even have my booking in records. We reserved it for 11am. And if i didnt call at 11am i wouldnt find out that they not coming at all cuz i wasnt in their records. So she said that theyll send it still but its gonna be at 12:30pm and 1pm the latest. 1pm goes by and they still not here. So i called again to see where they at. And she said that its gonna be another 45mns!! My kid was so excited for this day specially bcuz of the bounce house. And guess what!!! Theyre so UNPROFESSIONAL!! They didnt even call or messaged me to tell me that they decided that they not gonna show up at all!!! THEY RUINED MY KIDS PARTY!!! PLEASE IF WANT A BOUNCE HOUSE FOR YOUR KIDS PARTY DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT GET IT FROM HERE!!!
