Does not deserve a single star. Room smells of body odor, hallways reek of marijuana, horrific staining on walls involving various bodily fluids no doubt! Dear God, throw up a coat of paint! We are going to have to leave.

Here on 3weeks and the enconsiderate guest on both side of me after midnight start with their banging doors and cabinets then play their load music. I HAVE COMPLAINED CALL THE POLICE AND STILL CONTINUES. There are children on the floor and near me and you dont hear them but these adults are acting like ANIMAL'S. Requested to move and one doesnt know what the other does. I requested a 1st floor room with double beds when came in 3wks ago and still waiting, the even had an employee that left because having his car vandalized....this is a great beautiful building with desent staff and horrible selfish noise no regards for other guest. Read the amount of Stars!!

Front desk staff are actually too stoned to function it took 45 minutes to check in because she kept nodding off theres a large section of the hotel blocked off by hazmat plastic and signs. Theres actual urine in the hallways and we were told (what do you expect its a pet friendly hotel) they rented our room to another family who opens the door n walked right in The smell of weed and strange people hanging out and giggling all the room doors are a bit unnerving along with rude and unapologetic staff this is inexcusable

If I could rate it a negative I would , first we came in from a 16 hour drive to not being able to check in immediately . We came in to the front desk to no one there ! So we had to wait 15-20 mins just for the guy to come to the desk and not greet or welcome us in no type of way . Ive worked in customer so I know how it should be . Which we originally was suppose to stay 7 days . We get in the room and start unloading our things which we eat a specific diet so we brought all our proper utensils Im saying that because we had so much stuff. Just to get our things in there to see a ROACH on the stove !!!!! I was so mad ! I have no tolerance for uncleanliness, this hotel give the vibe of MOTEL! Dogs , smell like weed , loud music , paper thin walls with a funny smell . So soon as we loaded everything in there we immediately had to take everything back to the car, and check out . So I believe that everyone who had experienced a bad unpleasant stay should be accommodated! Our time our energy our money just for a insincere apology . This place need to be SHUT DOWN!
