        I have traveled a lot and I have stayed in hotels well into the four figures per night. This is the best experience I have had at a hotel hands down. From the decor to the cleanliness, to the staff; down to the small details in the room. It was the most pleasant stay I have ever had a hotel. The restaurant was also amazing!! Please make a chain of these in the U.S. and around the world. I would never stay anywhere else.

        Not quite there...this place wants to be a Ferrari, but when you get in you soon realize you're in a Ford Mustang. It's has no problem immediately giving you a $25 at the restaurant (you must spend $75) and a buffet breakfast that looks less than complete (Home Suites free breakfast is better) for $35 per person. Don't trust anything here is you stay - it is all for sale at outrageous prices - more than Disney actually!

This place is basically a Quality/Comfort Inn, or maybe a Holiday Inn Express, dressed up with chrome shower heads and fancy lights...but inside it's no better than a local motel. The bedding is no different (papery in fact), the toilet paper is still scratchy, and the are is pure depressing. However, there is one difference between ette and the Comfort Inns of the country - the palpable greed. From the moment you walk in they try to sell you overpriced nonsense. Scents, books, and misc nothings at sky-high prices. THEN you get into your room to really get the sales hammer. Nothing is free. Just look at the amenities card I attached to this room - unreal. Finally, I would like to say somethiing positive; the staff was nice. I say skip it and stay somewhere else.

        Absolutely outstanding service , beautiful and clean hotel . Everything is made to the finest details . Food was excellent . We got 25$ dinning gift card . It is a must to do in Orlando . We went to Disney last night and all I was looking afterwards was peace and cozy place to rest thank you Ette for having us . We wish you grow more around . Lenardo Rafael and Caroline was extremely nice Ps: the beautiful colorful lights from lobby should be around your hotel garden area to attract more attention

Guests who elect an ette breakfast, for example, recognize that the ingredients are organic and free of additives and prefer them to those that are not. We fully understand the preference many have for budget accommodations and the need for them in the marketplace. But the marketplace also allows for those whose tastes, at times, may dictate a finer, more elegant experience. Alas, we cannot be all things to all people. In fact, we searched our system after your first set of comments and have no record of a stay or dining experience for you. That is also unfortunate, as we would have appreciated an opportunity to discern the particulars behind your comments so that we might have improved our service.       Dear "John,"When a Dance, Music or Drama writer critiques an artistic presentation, readers would be loath to take them seriously were they not experts in their fields, and able to discern whether what they are reviewing conforms to established convention of quality and artistic excellence. These readers would certainly gain nothing from such a reviewer: why was the singer bad? What about the performance was uninspired? What could the conductor have done differently to improve the performance? That's the problem with someone writing a "review" but not taking the time to think through what went into their assessment--whether good or bad. Such a back-handed "review" as you have attempted here does nothing for the reader (or the hotel being reviewed) but show a particular prejudice and bias against the values portrayed by the property. This is the third time you've done it, Jay Abernathy, and it goes far beyond a simple "review" into the realm of the unethical. Oh, and that "scratchy" toilet paper is actually derived from sustainable, organic bamboo and those "papery" sheets are actually luxurious Italian Frette linens, prized around the world for their luster and softness. As for the "sky high prices," this is a five-star hotel. What on earth do you expect? As we've told you before, quality is expensive and those who appreciate it understand its value. It's the difference between Walmart and Neiman Marcus. Again, we fully understand the preference many have for budget accommodations and the need for them in the marketplace. But the marketplace also allows for those whose tastes, at times, may dictate a finer, more elegant experience. Somehow, you're unwilling to accept that or that products for such tastes should even exist at all. We're sorry we don't conform to your idea of value (in fact, no 5-Star property does) but we wholeheartedly support your right to embrace it.
