Merry Maids

I called for a move out clean 12/29/2021 and they came a week early, almost lost my dogs since I wasn't home, and cleaned around a house full of boxes. I explained when I ordered the move out clean that the house would be empty no furniture but instead they dusted my boxes charged me $200 and then said since they were there I would have to pay it since they came out even though it was the wrong date. They also explained they have no manager they quickly left the company and the owner would call me. The owner never called obviously doesn't care. BEWARE of using this company

Had to go back and clean after them,on a move out, didn't do tops of cabinet doors or the one fan in the condo.

I was familiar with the quality of service because I worked for a franchise in Colo as a lead/trainer for a couple years. When it became apparent that I was unable to clean my own home due to pending (and now completed) hip surgery, I decided to give you a call. Andrew was very professional when he did the estimate & he was one of the crew to come clean. I know how your company cleans & to this day, I still clean top to bottom, dry then wet. The crew didn't disappoint. All of my shelves are dusted/wiped down, ceiling fans dusted, mirrors clean, floors were clean. When my husband returned home from an errand, he took a deep breath & said the house smells so clean. I'm very happy with their work.
