Absolute disaster of a company. So rude, managers are awful and useless. Ripping off customers is their biggest goal as a for profit company. $136/month in "customer charge fees" for absolutely no water when they never unlocked my meter.

Was settling up a new electic account and expected pain in the rear to get it done. It was smooth, professional, and every step explained. I am very happy with the service. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AMD THE REPRESENTATIVE DID A GREAT JOB.

Ridiculous company. Online says I have paid my water bill but when I call emergency services they said my account is past due. Shuts off my water on a Friday and cant even call in to pay the bill off until Monday. Did not contact me that my account was past due as well.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Since moving to the area I have never been happy with the service this company provides. Power going out during thunderstorms sometimes just normal rain, slow response times and unprofessional attitudes when calling over then phone to customer service, cant service you outside of 9am to 5pm, the bill is always high even in the winter. If there were other options available in this area Im certain this company wouldve gone under long ago, anyone with options would not put up with this consistent low level of service.
