Prevention and wellbeing are the greatest answers in addressing the inefficient, often ineffective and exorbitantly over-priced healthcare system in America. In order to be preventative some things may need to be changed otherwise the overall health of the organization will become ill. If you say one thing, and deliver another it may be good, but also may be detrimental to your organization. I believe you under promise and over deliver, not vice versa. Never waste anyones time, and even more so ask them to really consider relocating for a wonderful opportunity unless you ABSOLUTELY and TRULY mean it. If the person lives 20 minutes, ok maybe, but consider almost 2 hours , TEll me what you would do. GOOD LUCK
