        I had an issue that I didn't think would be resolved and I spoke with the owner and she corrected the situation. The owner is professional and did the right thing.

        Very unprofessional. Spent 3 hours in the office left taxes still not done was told to come back the next day at 0815 and no one showed up. Got a call at 0930 . I told them I don't want them doing my taxes. Went to pick up documents she didn't even apologize. Unprofessional! Definitely will follow through with corporate.
