Went with this company because a friend in the military suggested them. Process was quick and easy, and Shon was really nice. Fast forward 4 months later, I am still waiting for my tax return and Shon is no where to be found. He dodges my calls and emails. I am fully aware that its probably not his fault that the return is taking this long, however he is the "tax Professional", yet has no information on what I need to do next. If you dont know, just say, dont ignore your customers. Especially when you're taking $500 off the top of my refund as a "fee"... You better be emailing me back. Not sure if this is fraud or what the deal is, but I am fully expecting to get screwed out of my tax return this year. DO NOT give these people your money.
*UPDATE* It has now been a year and not only have I not received my tax refund, heard from Ken, or received any helpful information... I am now not able to file my taxes for 2018 because 2017's taxes were filed "falsely".
So now I am looking at legal trouble because of how hard this company screwed me. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!
