He came out (on Saturday!) about an hour after we texted him to look/see. He sent his reasonable estimate about 24 hours later. We accepted. The work was done on Tuesday. Showed us that there was no water damage. Looks great. All we have to do now is to paint. Highly recommend. Would use again.
