The service my wife and I received from Gene and Suzanne @ R&S Exterior Contractors has been excellent. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. They have helped us out on several different projects and they will be the first people we call when we have additional projects. I highly recommend R&S Exterior Contractors.

This company obviously has too much business. I tried for over 2 weeks to get an estimate to repair some stucco and never received any information. Until I pressed significantly, the only person I could actually talk with was a 3rd party appointment-setting service. When I was finally able to speak with someone at R&S, the owner came on the line. He was one of the rudest, most arrogant and patronizing people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Made absolutely no effort to understand my concerns and simply 'fired me', saying that he was not going to quote the job. Great attitude!! I don't know how companies with this leadership stay in business. I will go with the Painting Craftsman - they were extremely pleasant, responsive and reasonable. And to comment on Mr. Pruett's response, he is misrepresenting the actual events. I was completely calm and did not raise my voice to his assistant. I had tried for 3 weeks to get an estimate on my needed repairs. They had both my phone number and email address on file and not once did I receive a call or email requesting any clarification. Mr. Pruett was absolutely unapologetic, arrogant and patronizing, trying to chastise me for simply trying to receive information that they claim to provide.

Let me start by saying everyone I dealt with was very kind.... As another reviewer stated, this company must have to much work. I called up initially (on a Tuesday) for an estimate on a 20-25ft section on the side of my house. I was told someone would come out Wednesday and call me 30 mins before arrival. Wednesday rolled around and no one showed up. I called Thursday and they apologized and said they'd send someone else out to give me the estimate. By Tuesday the following week I still had never recovered a call. I finally call them back for a 3rd time and finally someone shows up. Unfortunately they never called so I wasn't able to meet and speak to them about the job but hey, at least they made it out. Normally when I get estimates, someone shows up and I have a quote within a day or two. I waited for the remainder of the week and into the following week and still never received a quote. It took me calling 2 more times and when I did finally receive the estimate it was for my entire house and having it painted. All I asked for was a quote on a small section on one side of the house and no paint. Anyway I called them back to have them adjust the quote. I was told that they would "check with the owner and get back to me" that was last Thursday. I still haven't heard back. What a process! I've been waiting for this work to get my house listed for sale. Needless to say they wasted a lot of my time and I tried to wait and give them the business. I called another company Friday. They showed up the same day and did the estimate. I had a quote that same evening. It's Monday (3 days later) and they are currently working on the section I inquired about with R & S almost a month ago.

High quality work done in a timely manner and on budget, what more could I ask for?!
