Captain D's

Today got family battered fish. Now they are half the size width wise. They didn't even look like a piece of fish. Pitiful. No more of our money.

My boyfriend and I went into Captain D's on Edgewood Avenue and I was impressed all the way around! The foomd was great, it was hot And fresh, and the prices have gone down extremely over the past few years! The place was extremely clean even the bathrooms! But the BEST PART was the customer service!! The lady that worked the front and took our order was very respectful, very friendly and welcoming, and made sure we were very well taken care of, she went above and beyond! I wish I would've got her name but I forgot and tried to call and get it after we left but I wasn't able to get through. I haven't seen customer service that great in a very long time, honestly I can't remember the last time! Amazing job guys, keep it up!

This place advertises itself as "the catfish kitchen" on most delivery apps, not "captain ds". When you place an order, you will receive a text message saying your order is ready. When you arrive, they will tell you they never received your order and that they will not refund you. This place is scamming people. Order at your own risk, and have a plan B for when you realize you were scammed.
