Simple, reasonably price, and located in a growing part of Jacksonville. However, the town homes are located in close proximity to the highway and the model home is purposely placed in the quietest part of the property so just because you do not hear noise in the model home does not mean you will have a quiet home. YOU WILL HEAR HIGHWAY NOISE. Bayberry did not invest a significant amount of money in building a wall that blocks highway noise. The Patio area is not fully closed. Water can easily dampen the patio and the screen door is not fully sealed on the bottom which means you should not be surprised if bugs enter into your patio. High ceiling walls are nice. Garage is standard. If you like having the TV take center stage in your living room, you may not like the Woodbury model. The field manager is knowledgeable about the property and does a great job communicating with his clients. Again, the interior and exterior is simple, the property is low maintenance, and the location seems to be in a place that has recently taken on some serious investment. Overall, good, but not great. Simply put, "It Gets the Job Done."
