These guys are AWESOME! Just had a challenging sale with an FHA funded buyer. They stuck though till the end so I did not have to worry about i's dotted and t's crossed. I am a house flipper and am prone to counting pennies. I am advised all the time that I could save the real estate commission by listing my houses by myself. I have done so in the past and in comparison, Property Bear has been worth EVERY penny. Couldn't recommend more.

The Property Bear Team did a fantastic job listing and selling our investment property for us! They provided high level service and were extremely responsive throughout the entire transaction. Our Agent was Carrie Heustis and she was phenomenal, not just in her communication and approach, but how well she listed and marketed the property as well. We also dealt with their transaction coordinator Lesley Mallin and she was really the glue that held it all together for us! We have nothing but praise for them and their entire team!
