Worse “realty company” I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we spoke to Richard he’s was very rude and unwelcoming. Showed up to show us the house in some little beat up car stuffing his face with food. Acted like he was doing a favor showing us this destroyed house. But after looking around this was better than nothing even though the house was nasty. Me and my family had to go out of town for a week so we needed to secure a home before we left. Well I put in my application and the “realty company” does a rental verification by calling the front office of where I currently live to ask questions they have no business asking. Well I got approved and we agreed to meet on Monday to sign the lease and pay the deposit. Me and my family left and he calls me days later telling me he needs money to hold the home even though we AGREED to a certain date. He got so nasty with me I had to hang up in him. He then later asked me if I could even send him 200 from across the country!!!!!! Even though he gave me his word. Well I felt at that point that he was broke and needed money so he was trying to get it from somewhere. So I did not rent from him because of the shady “realty company”. I suggest you try somewhere else. No professionalism or customer service here.
