We were in a situation where we needed to buy a very specific type of property in a specific neighborhood because of location and family circumstances. That made Greg's job with us as clients challenging, made even more challenging by the crazy housing market and lack of inventory. Greg knew how critical this was for us and was very responsive when properties that matched our criteria came on the market, taking phone calls early in morning and often setting up a showing for us while we were on the phone with him, with no delay. When communicating with the selling agents, Greg always knew just what to say and how much to tell them about our circumstances: he is fantastic at reading people and evaluating situations, then saying and doing what gives his clients the best possible chances. He was always patient with us, even when we had to walk from the first property we won because of an inspection failure. We believe that in the end, the bid on the property we eventually won stood out from all the others because of his expertise in these skills and his experience as a Realtor - for the seller, it was not just about the number. Greg is not the first Realtor we've worked with, but he is definitely the best. For Greg it's not just about buying and selling properties. My husband and I have worked with Greg on three separate occasions. He has always been professional, courteous, and super responsive! He goes out of his way to make sure every need is met and every question is answered (no matter how dumb the ask). He is also hyper vigilant about keeping us in the loop. Before our recent move to Orange Park, FL my husband and I knew no one in the area. I reached out via social media to see if anyone could recommend a good realtor in Jacksonville, FL. We were very fortunate to have a friend of my sister recommend Greg Mosley. After our initial correspondence, Greg immediately got back in touch with me with relevant listings and we corresponded back and forth regularly. Once my husband was able to meet with him to view homes we realized exactly why Greg came so highly recommended. Greg was not only prompt and professional, but it was very obvious to us that he also cared. Greg listened to us and demonstrated that he valued our time and opinions. He took my husband to see only homes that reflected our wants and needs, knowing that we needed something quickly but that we also didn’t want to “settle” on something we didn’t like due to lack of time. Once we settled on a home Greg remained with us every step of the way. He was present at each meeting with the builder and, more than once, he confronted the builder with issues on our behalf getting our problems resolved to our satisfaction. We’ve continued to stay in touch with Greg since our move and he’s kindly provided us some excellent local recommendations for services that we’ve needed. We consider Greg a friend now and are so grateful for all that he’s done to make our move to this new area a positive one.
