        I've been a tenant with Pellicer Properties for over 11 years now,,,I got hurt on job and lost my job..an got months behind on rent .an they Patiently work with me ..and I really think God because the owner an his staff are God fearing People.. If it wasn't for God and there kindness I would be Homeless right now...Thanks again you guys are Heaven sent.. Love,Artemus

        BEWARE!!!! These people were AWFUL landlords. They still have my $1000 deposit and I moved out of their house over 2 years ago. Also while living in their house, it was burglarized. The landlords did little to ease our fears, as we were 3 college women living alone. We were never late on rent and we kept the house very clean. We were rewarded with having to fight for our deposit back. Look elsewhere!!!
