Sally is an amazing realtor and person! My husband and I were buying our first home (total amateurs!) and Sally helped us every step of the way, from our search to find the right home, to placing an offer and finally signing and getting those keys! Sally is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has such a great/positive disposition, its like she walks on air. Buying a home was exciting but scary! Sally provided us with reassurance and with knowledge, without being biased. She really listened to us and respected us. It took us a few months to find a home that we loved and Sally was with us every step of the way. Even at the signing, it was a calming but exciting and intimate experience. Whether it was at night or on the weekend, she scheduled viewings, answered all of our questions, remained patient/positive and just overall gave us a really great home buying experience. Sally still checks in on us and sends us beautiful holiday cards that we ALWAYS put up on the fridge. She was so helpful in guiding me through the process with the contracts and closing. Debbie was available at a moment's notice to answer questions or help with all the different items that go with buying a home.

Our relationship with Riverpoint Real Estate began in 1991, when Mrs. Swindell and Mrs. Andrew literally held our young adult hands purchasing our first home. They expertly represented us again in 1998 when our family grew and we needed help finding a larger home in San Marco. Just last year in 2022, when it was time to downsize and sell our family home, we had the privilege and good fortune to be represented by two generations of Riverpoint with Carrie Atkins and her dear Mother, Barbara. In our 32 year relationship with the ladies of Riverpoint Real Estate, we have enjoyed a level of high trust, confidence, and a knowledge of the Jacksonville real estate market that we no know of no equal.
