i t was bad place a lot of cock roach bad maintenance they never do maintenance ever the refrigerator not fixed for mor five months also dishwasher not work all wood cabinet are moldy most of locks not works and they refuse asking for maintenance more over they begin ask resident to make insurance on appartments

Moved in while i was a student at tulsa welding school and stayed 2 months was called 'la esperanza" at the time. Home was broke in twice, plants were growing from out of the sink drain in the 1/2 bath in the master bedroom contacted the office and maint on several occasions witnessed drug deals prostitutes and all types of crime not even trying to be concealed. Spoke with the office about moving out they said ok and then a few months later put a collections account out for 2850 which would have been the full term of my lease while someone was living in the apartment "they rented it out 2 weeks after i moved"

Murder capital of any southside apartments. Since I moved in 2 people have been shot. At night you see prostitutes walking around. I have broken things that have never been fixed after asking for over a year.

This place needs to be called the united nations it has every ethnic group out here along with junkies,and all the drugs u can think of. You wld think being that management knows they have people out her on programs frm drugs/addiction to even medical hiv/aids/cancer etc etc they wld try to keep the place clean and clear of the drug dealers and thugs running loose out there but they dont but they sure do keep up with the gossip and telling every1 business glad i got the hell up out of there... Maintenance people suck and just walk around all day the apartments are raned down and mold infested the washer and dryers broke every other day and lawd make sure u stay in there while washing clothes cause they do steal the pool bout the only clean decent thing they have to offer when they do open it up cause theres no computer lab and damn sure not a gym and that boot leg wifii they offer... Okay yall im done dont waste ur time nor money out here
