Walmart Pharmacy

Better than some.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have used in my life! We have spent 2 days trying to get a rx filled and still don't have our medication. It was called in here and they didn't have it so we were told we would have to find another Walmart pharmacy that did. Once we found it, we spent the entire day going back and forth because they could not get in touch with each other to transfer it. Every time one pharmacist would call the other, they were put on hold and never answered. We spent hours waiting in line and made 5 trips to the pharmacy. This is total incompetence and a disregard for the health of their customers who depend on them when they are sick. Our health issues are just not important to either location and that is simply not acceptable.. I've gotten my last rx from Walmart!

I saw that one of the two prescriptions that I need was put back in stocks. They should of called to see if I'll be able to pick up both prescriptions yesterday 11/26/21. It's not hard to call someone to see if they are able to pick it up. I didn't receive a text from them either saying my prescription is being put back. This is the worst walmart ever and yes I did got angry cause I need that medication.
