Don’t believe them if they give you a business card saying “you can go to any cash America pawn and get this amount” LIES!!! Even if you have good RAPPORT... they still LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Went there to look at a laptop. I was the only customer in the store and no one offered assistance. They were too busy talking about how they are behind on bills and how much an employee shirt cost. Proper customer service is you stop the personal conversation espically when the customer can hear you and help the customer. Customers is what makes a business.

This place is an absolute joke...... don’t waist your time...... they can’t tell real gold from fake gold.... they don’t carry enough cash to purchase more expensive items......this place will consistently try to rip people off..... there employees have no training besides looking up items on eBay to find a value...... if you advertise you buy gold , you should probably know what gold is....... told me one of my 24k maples was fake because it reacted to an earth magnet, after just counting the cash in the drawer and telling me he had never seen a gold maple...... do some research amateur...... Acoins bought it ....... I would suggest taking gold to professionals ...... never take your gold to cash America unless you want to get taken for a ride....Thanks
