Very poor customer service skills, went in to buy a TV an the assistant manager Tashan could not demonstrate tv functions and did not have working knowledge of products sold in store. Tim on the other hand was very patient and helpful in completing my purchase.

I called today and asked the representative If they had any generators. She said yes. I asked her what was the price of the cheapest generator they have when she replied “we can’t give prices over the phone”. What she doesn’t know is that I just called 2 other Cash America pawn shops before her that were happy to do their jobs and answer the simple question. (Both other times men answered the phone.). Companies need to stop hiring these lazy people to represent them.

I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM HERE IN FEB. 2021 AND THEY SOLD THE LAPTOP WITH A BAD CORD I TOOK IT IN THERE TODAY FEB. 17,2021 AND THEY STARTED YELLING AT ME AND TELLING ME I DID NOT BUY IT LIKE THIS AND I PURCHASED IT AND IT HAD THE SAME STICKERS ON THE LAPTOP AND THE CORD WHEN I BOUGHT IT I CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF CORPORATE OFFICE I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM 3 TIMES

I have had to repeatedly pawn my laptop. Every time I have been met with polite, friendly and professional people. I have never had an experience like those set forth in these negative reviews and cannot imagine that they ever happened. I would recommend this pawn shop above all others.
