I just left and want our community to know that this is one of the best if not the best business I have ever used to pawn an item, my children and I were in desperate need and we are now going to be somewhat better thanks to you. Repair work at Prestige is top notch. Repairs are done timely and jewelry looks brand new when it is returned. Chris does a great job and is always helpful in suggestions for repairs. Great place!!

I had a situation (dont want to add detail) but the employees at this store have been nothing but super helpful!! They are very compassionate and caring, not just in it for the money!!

I can't quite put into words how amazing and genuine Chris and his wife are! I have come in here in the past, pawning something very dear to me and passed down in the family. I explained how much it meant to me and that I would make payments to get it back. Long story short, my son was diagnosed with cancer and to say the least, I wasn't able to make payments nor did I reach out because my life was in shambles at the time. Chris, although never hearing from me, kept his word, FOR OVER TWO YEARS! He never sold my necklace, and when I reached out years later, he told me he was wondering when he was going to hear from me! Not only did he hold it, he came up with a reasonable price for me to pay to get it back. I am just so grateful that I came here. I am in awe of their promise to not let it go. You don't find genuine people like that in this day and age. I am forever grateful!!! God bless you both. Forever a customer.
