Office Depot - Print & Copy Services

Print Station pick up orders takes entirely too long at this location. I would not recommend getting anything printed same day here... I ordered at the bay meadows location 3 hours after i ordered at this one... that order is already ready for pickup... while this one at the san jose location still says "processing" (even though i ordered first thing in the morning.) This happened the last time I ordered from this store... When i went in to pick up my order, he claimed they were "busy" and wouldn't be able to get to my prints that day.... Why offer same day printing services if your employees are not keeping up with that service promise??? Highly disappointed.

Professional workers. They always help me when I need it. Photocopy large volumes there with ease.

I definitely recommend this place for printing or other needs of such. Jacques is super sweet and kind and works with you if have any questions or problems. Haven't had any issues here ever! Happy customers! 😊

I had a bad experience at Office Depot in San Jose store #2119. The general manager and the manager were very rude. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in years. I would not recommend coming here. I plan on sharing to all the homeschool Moms. That do their services there. The general manager pushed a shopping cart so hard where my 3-year-old was standing. The manager who was making the copies her attitude was rude. I will never do business there again.
