Aztec has AMAZING Service! This is a company that goes beyond customer service, Aztec PICKS UP THE PHONE, listens, and promptly takes care of new orders, supplies or service with the upmost consideration. Great Copiers, great prices but mostly a spectacular group of professionals to work with!

We have a very print heavy environment. Aztec did a great job installing the Canon Image Runner C5550i. This multifunction, system printer, is filling our needs printing, scanning, and saving a lot of time as we use the collating and other time saving features that offload work from individuals to the system. Aztec and Canon were the right business decisions.

James was very personable and knew exactly which copier would best suit my business and my budget! He made the whole process very easy and stress-free. His support staff was also very nice and quick in helping with all of the paperwork. I highly recommend Aztec Office of FL!

Super thrilled with Aztec, they are our hero. We are not local to Florida and found them on the internet. Their postings were very informative and so I called them with our printer problem. Sure enough I got connected to James. He right away took ownership of the problem and spent quite some time trouble shooting with me. After a while, the conversation turned to a replacement printer but I was adamant that we really needed the same type of printer. Again, without hesitation and understanding our printing needs he said he could probably get his hands on the same type of printer that I could buy as a replacement. He said he would call me back. I was cautiously optimistic. Sure enough he followed thru and was able to source the printer I needed. Without hesitation we purchased it. Paid quite a bit for shipping since we are on the west coast but it was worth it. Credit to James and his team who took the time to help without the expectation of getting paid anything. Such customer service does seem to exist anymore except for at Aztec. If you have any type of printer need and not sure where to turn, do not hesitate to reach out to these guys. You will save yourself a lot of grief!
