        Had one of the worst experiences with picking up a Zethus Chair ordered online and assembled in the store. The store tried to give me a used chair even though I purchased a new one. It took 5 days for me to get in contact with someone who could resolve the situation. The workers at the store tried to make me feel like it was too big of a request to assemble a new chair. I suggest for anyone reading this to visit another store. You will receive terrible service.
