    Went to return an Amazon package here. Was the only customer in the store and was not greeted when I walked in. When I was finally helped almost ten minutes later, I was told that my return needed to be packaged despite what the Amazon return said. Informed the owner of this and was told it didn't matter. Decided to process my return at a different location, and was told my return did not need a package and the system never said that. I don't appreciate being lied to and won't continue to come to this location. If the owner tells you your Amazon package needs a box, ask him to show where it says it in the system. I bet he won't be able to.

    I have used this location a few times since it's the closest to where I live. I have been helped by a younger person before and it's been fine. Today, there was an older grumpy guy who seems to be miserable. As other reviews state, this man is not kind and rather rude. I would not be using this location in the future.

    I have used this store many times and I’ve finally had it. The owner just make up his own prices. I’m a portrait painter and send paintings out regularly. His prices are 3 times higher than the post office or FedX. Won’t be back!

    The owner seems nice enough. However, he should know human resources a little bit better. The young man that helped me was besides himself with utter disrespect and v poor customer service skills!! I went to make copies. The young disrespectful lad told me I would have to have their email address. He also told me I would have to wait on someone who was already using the computer. I waited. During the course of my weight the young disrespectful lad handed me their email address, albeit did not tell me how to access it once I received it. I went over to read the screen and to see what I might find in their Gmail area. The young man accused me of trying to sign into my own Gmail. I told him that is not what I was doing. He said he saw me and that is exactly what I was doing. Seriously!? I know what I was doing and I'd not been giving instructions otherwise. The owner then came to assist. But even as I spoke with the owner the young man continued to disrespect, denigrate, and disregard me as a paying customer. He even told his boss that he had a job waiting for him at another store. FedEx. FedEx should be warned about this young man. During the course of our exchange, I asked the young man for an apology. He declined and said there was nothing to apologize for. Please find another UPS store to do business in. I am not the only one who has given a poor review. Just look at the reviews for yourself. I was only in this city for one week. I work internationally. This had to be the most horrific customer service experience I've ever had in almost 70 years.
