        CMG Mortgage, Charles Rutland, and his staff have our Five Star Approval. Throughout the "long distance" home purchase, he and his staff kept us informed of the process from the time of application to closing. Carma is obviously very detail oriented and organized. If there were concerns or additional paperwork needed, she was on it immediately. They made sure we received the lowest rate available and the best terms and made sure they filed the paperwork in a timely manner so the closing went off without a hitch on the original closing date, even during the hurricane season. Mr. Rutland went so far as to attend the closing in the event any concerns or questions came up. After the closing he presented us with a very nice closing gift. Many thanks to Mr. Rutland and Carma for smooth process of this home purchase.
