Terrible on the inside. Disrespectful, RACIST, too concerned with titles, and gossip, and excluding other employees. The people in personal lines have some serious emotional issues, grown women are too busy playing with dolls, (literally, one of these psychos has a my little pony collection) or are shaking off the diet pills to take your calls, and service your policy. Rude to customers, moody, untrustworthy, nepotism, if you're not dealing with the overweight, angry daughter of the director, and no need to ask why she's there, it has nothing to do with competence, because she spends most of her time in the bathroom, or losing the producers mail. poor attitude. Sho seems to think that her relationship with the owner GIVES HER A RIGHT TO MISTREAT PRODUCERS, or to be disrespectful, argumentative and bossy, to rolling her eyes and glaring when she's asked to correct her mistakes, take your business elsewhere, these people are truly unworthy, oh, and one producer PREFERS that people who utilize english as a second language not call her. Me, they made my skin crawl, got up and walked away from it, haven' t regretted it since. No self respecting african american employee would work for these people. They are too busy nursing their little sick soap opera to want your business.

If you enjoy being ignored for a month while simply waiting for a quote after having spent a couple hours filling out their questionnaire this is the company for you. If your point of contact is Johanna Garcia, I bid you good luck. No return calls after many voicemails and emails. Their office doesn't even answer their phones often. Voicemail with no return calls is IOA's business plan. Spare yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
