Love working with Laura and Brightway. I know they always have my best interest in mind and understand what our family needs. Laura is responsive and so easy to work with. Auto insurance is such a huge cost for the family, it's great to know we have someone looking for the best rates and coverage for us.

I have insurance with Brightway.. My home insurance policy was canceled for no reason. I never made a claim. Hopefully my agent will help me obtain another policy.

I was a loyal customer for over 11 years, when I got a non-renewal notice because of the age of my roof. After I got the new roof, I was down to the wire in getting my policy reinstated or finding another policy. I kept calling Bobby, but he did not return my call. I ended up talking to 2 different representatives by calling the 1-800 number. They both gave me different and conflicting information. I also filled out the online form, but never heard back from anybody. When I finally called and Bobby answered the phone, I was 4 days from the expiration of my policy, and he had not even looked at it! I worked with him and got everything he needed, and he never even called me back. I had an emergency meeting from 3:00-6:00 on the last day of my existing policy, so I was unable to get quotes from anyone else, and my policy ended up expiring. Bobby was negligent, irresponsible and inconsiderate, and I would never even consider going back. Today, I got insurance through AAA... and will be saving about $1000 next year!
