This is the first review I have ever left. 904Pro saved me (1st time home buyer) from buying a beautiful looking home that had major hidden problems that I would not have known to look for. Plus their wind mitigation survey is saving $300 on insurance. I am very satisfied with the service.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with this company and Charlie, the owner/inspector. He was very friendly as he took me through the inspection. He was thorough and his report was the best I've ever seen. It had great pictures and red type for the areas of concern. Now I can print the summary and have a very thorough and clear "honey-do" list.
