I would like to give a thumbs up for Family first Jacksonville Florida staff. for being so accommodating, they took me in, honestly answered my questions, joined me in with their training even knowing that i may not be with them. Our experience so far with Family First has been amazing. After interviewing a number of home health agencies, we immediately knew Family First was for us. They were the only agency that seemed like they genuinely cared and werent just trying to sale something. Someone at the office is always available to help. We love all of the nurses theyve staffed us with and after only a month the nurses are already becoming apart of the family. Family First has truly been a blessing to us.

Bringing our daughter home from the NICU was one of the greatest and most overwhelming moments of our lives. Family First really understood that and made the transition so much easier. Even with receiving an unexpected early discharge, Family First still made everything seamless. A nurse was there during discharge and she followed us home to make sure we got there safely. Once we arrived, a whole team was waiting to help us get settled. We had nurses already staffed for the month and someone from the team would call to check us on daily. I did not expect them to be involved as much as they did and are now. Family First has shown us so much genuine love, compassion, and kindness from the ENTIRE team. They really make me like my family is their top priority.

Family First Has The Best Home Care Nurses. They Have Been Great To Me And My Family. Family First Has Been Here With Us Since My Son Came Home From The Hospital 5 Years Ago. They Have Not Let Us Down Yet.

This company has exceeded my expectations from day one. It's been such a pleasure to be apart of a team that is super passionate about the work they do & the services that they provide. Each family is like a family of their own & the staff does an astounding job of trying to meet the expectations of each & every individual family (As well as the staff of their own). The open lines of communication, frequent training's, & mutually healthy work accommodation are very much appreciated. Its unfortunate that the nurse staffing crisis has its effect on the daily operations of functioning to maximum capacity at times. However, I applaud the team for the mission they set out to do & doing the best that they can do.
