Aida African Hair Braiding

My daughter and I had been coming to Aida's for years to get our hair braided. They have always done really good job. We have had some scheduling issues over the years. But this was the last straw for me! I will not give Aida's African hair braiding another dollar. She does not value my time and apparently can care less about my loyalty and the money I have spent with her for years! The weekend before school starts she changed the time of my daughter's appointment. When we get there she had given the appointment away. She over booked herself and her staff. She did not apologize and She did not offer to reschedule. Aida had a very nonchalant attitude. That was very unprofessional and I will NOT return. I will take my money where my loyalty, time, and money will be appreciated.

Made an appointment for my daughter a week in advance came in today august 9th for a 10:00 appointment and was told I never made the appointment but she remember speaking to me. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do her hair. Very unprofessional lack of communication as well. Even your own employees didn’t know what was going on I wouldn’t recommend it bad business on the owners part, and the crazy part about it she wasn’t even there I had to call her never had this experience
