If you want your hair messed up this is the place for you!! I had a horrible experience with Rose. I went in to get my gray covered and blended with a darker blonde with a few lighter blonde highlights. The product she put on my hair burned and itched. Her attitude was, here's a comb you can scratch with. I'm sure the product is horrible for your hair. I was told by her the product will only be on your hair for 10 to 15 minutes, she left it on my hair for 20 min because she was busy talking to someone else. When she dried my hair my hair was almost black on top!! I said to her, this is wayyyy too dark! She said give it a few days, it will lighten up! Needless to say it did not. She gladly took my $65 and ruined my hair and when I called her and asked her to fix it, she said, maybe I'm not the right hair dresser for you! She did not admit to her wrong doing, she did not offer to fix her screw up and got an attitude with me over the phone. When I said to her I thought you were a Christian woman? She said I am, well I hate to tell her Christian Women do not act like that God don't live ugly, and if you go to this salon, you will wish you could Curl Up & Dye after you see the screwed up results from her touching your hair!! We have been getting our hair cut here for years. Since live in North Jax this is a long drive for us but Rose and Roxanne are like family. Rose cuts out hair just like we like it done and we have a great time catching up on all the family news while she works. They are very knowledgeable and stay up-to-date on the latest styles and trends . Can't imagine going anywhere else.
