Edible Arrangements #1462

I paid extra for balloons and other items in my order and only the fruit arrangement was delivered. I paid extra for same day delivery, the total order came out to $127.80 and my father on father's day didn't even get his full gift. Why wasn't it communicated if the store ran out of items or why didn't they replace the missing items with something else of equal value. This is a complete rip off.

If I could give no stars I would! First off do yall NOT have a manager at this location? Where are the employees answering phone calls? I've tried many times to get a manger call back. Left a voice-mail on your machine and FINALLY your delivery driver I guess, called me back (sabrena)! Your driver. Not a CS rep. Not a manager. Not corporate A driver. She was amazing and fixed my issue. I found out the managers name is Audrey and she needs her job taking from her. Not how you run a buisness. Period. Your driver went above to get this resolved and hand delivered to mom.. I won't be using you again. Jacksonville Florida. Northside location

I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day and 4 days after the holiday it still hasnt been received. Ive emailed, called the local store who was supposed to deliver and the national support number multiple times; I cannot speak to an actual person to assist. I will be filling a Better Business Bureau complaint against both the national chain and local store and a fraudulent claim with my credit card company.
