When I walked into this store I got no hello or greeting. The owner is so rude I called 1 hour before I got there I asked do you guys have a specific turtle they sad yes. I walked in one hour later and didn't have it and I asked the owner I called about 1 hour ago if you have the turtle I called about and they said no. Then I had to use the bathroom she said no and I clearly saw one and they are just rude.

I purchased a baby hedgehog what was still to little to go home so I visited her ever other day for just a short while everytime I went in and asked to hold her I was given attitude and told there all sold I would say yes I know that one is mine. thank goodness I was able to bond with her before there rudeness got to me because I would have asked for a refund. After I brought her home I would go in there and get her meal worms if I spent more that 20 minutes in there the woman would basicly rsh me to check out and leave one time she even pointed to the tips(this is not a zoo) thing they put up front.

I've rated this place 1 star because unfortunately this app lacks a lower rating option. The woman who works here has absolutely 0 people skills, and that is an understatement. Last time I visited the store, I found a dead juvenile bearded dragon in one of the displays, who had obviously been there for quite some time. When I went to tell the woman about it she simply replied with a snoody " oh. Ok" without even looking up from her precious cellphone the whole time.. now maybe it's me, but when a pet store neglects the fact they are displaying dead animals to the public it raises some red flags and makes me question how they are even qualified/ licenced for this kind of job. On a side note, I also tried to strike up a friendly conversation about one of the products they sell and she literally acted like I was nonexistent, her face welded to her cellphone. One things for sure, they have lost me as a customer and I will be informing as many people as possible about this sickening excuse of a reptile store. I'm all for supporting local businesses, not cesspits. Don't waste your time or money on these fools. But I do recommend taking some time to read more reviews posted here. Me and my husband did... its hysterical, and not in a good way.

I went here to buy a baby corn snake. I had called an hour before I arrived to see what types of baby corn snakes they had. The person on the phone named the exact type that I wanted, so I went straight to the store. When I got there, I asked to look at the baby corn snakes and as soon as the man who worked there opened the cage, he scooped up the exact snake that I wanted and stated that he thought he might take that one home with him. I checked out the other baby corns to see if there was another I would like, then I went to talk to my husband about my decision. When I came back to speak to the same man, I stood there for about 30 minutes while he helped other people who were clearly not going to buy any pets (the woman was babysitting these kids). He completely ignored me, even when I asked him a question! I should've listened to the reviews before going. I am not impressed and I did not buy a thing from them. I drive out to Wild Things in Middleburg instead.
