I had a very positive experience with this shop. I searched all morning for a place to do same day delivery and was glad when I found them. Unfortunately they needed clarification of one of my orders and couldnt reach me initially so they said they could deliver monday. I think they heard the disappointment inmy voice - but I could also tell that it is their goal to go above and beyond and provide a great experience. So later that day she called me and stated they were able to make both deliveries. I appreciate the extra effort and the drive to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again and encourage you to do the same.

Every time I've gotten my wife flowers from here she absolutely love them and said they were the best. Enough said! Happy wife happy life. Amazing how some extremely beautiful flowers can get you out of a hot mess with your wife. This is my go-to place for flowers. Always nice and helpful people with great prices. Every time I've been there they seem to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Great service, friendly helpful employees and great prices, couldn't ask for anything more. I had recently ordered a Sympathy Dish Garden to be sent to a family member. When ordering, I spoke with Pam and gave her all of the specifics; large, ceramic, very nice something that the family member could keep in remembrance of their love one. I even told Pam that price was not an issue! Needless to say I was at my relatives house within a couple of days and I saw the plant and I was highly disappointed to say the least. The flowers had died, the size was nothing in comparison to what I wanted. When I called Pam to advise her of the issue she made excuses and never offered once to rectify or correct the situation. This was not good customer service! However, after a few days I received a phone call from Marissa at Arlington Flower Shop, who was very apologetic, offered to make a wrong right and she most certainly did! A replacement arrangement was sent out to the recipient, she was very happy and so was I. Because of Marissa’s professionalism, concern for the customer and kindness, I will definitely use Arlington Flower Shop again. Mrs. Price

I've used Arlington Flower Shop for almost a year now. Each and every time, they have exceeded my expectations. The choices they have are extensive and for any occasion. The deliveries are timely and prompt. On the most recent delivery (8/7/21), I chose a "designer's choice" to be delivered to my loved one for a special occasion and was simply blown away with how beautiful the arrangement was. Thank You for all that you do!
