Unfortunately, not a great experience. I ordered an arrangement for my partners mothers seventieth birthday. The shop made substitutions for the arrangement without notification, and the flowers werent in great shape. I was told that I would need to speak with a manager next week, so I placed a chargeback and re-ordered from a florist in New York.
Update: Ive adjusted this to a one star review as the shop has failed to take responsibility. I was able to have flowers delivered by Plant Shed here in New York (for less than I paid Hagen). Ive known the owner of Plant Shed for a while and asked why I would have such difficulties with a florist. He offered three takeaways: 1. Never order from a florist that does not post photos of their own flowers (Hagen uses industry provided photos). 2. Be explicit that you expect to be notified if substitutes are needed (given supply chain issues). 3. Ask if they are AIFD certified.
