        The instructors are more like cheerleaders and don't really teach the classes. They're solely focused on heart rate, which isn't always the most accurate measurement of effort. People who regularly participate in cardio have significantly lower heart rates. Also, they briefly demonstrate each expertise before the circuit, but there's minimal support during the circuit itself. Granted I have a small sample size of one class, it didn't attach up to other classes I've attended.
