Oh my God. What can I say that hasn't already been said. I am over 65, have had both knees and hips replaced, have arthritis throughout my entire body possibly due to having survived Crohn's disease 41 years ago, and had a ruptured disc in my lower back 16 months ago. With Dr. Meghan's help, I am officiating 4-5 flag football games every Saturday, and went golfing a week ago without any pain or repercussions afterwards. If you are not feeling your best, have Dr. Meghan give you an exam to determine the best course of action to take to get you where you want to be. My quality of life is excellent, and after all, isn't that what it's all about?

I have dealt with internal shoulder issues for over a decade, and I had reached a point in my athletic career where I was no longer able to progress. Additionally, I had caused significant problems in other areas of my body from muscle imbalances and asymmetry developed over time. Dr. Braun has been a fantastic help in guiding me through strength and stability exercises and therapy around rebuilding my shoulder and a host of other issues (knee pain, neck pain, ankle pain, wrist pain, etc). I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy in the future and continue to see her regularly for bodywork. I cannot speak more highly of her.

First, I would like to start off by saying that my physical therapy experience with Dr.Braun by far has been one of the best medical decisions I've ever made. I didn't want to have surgery so I went with a more holistic approach. My Injury was a pretty ugly one and she took care of my injury in the manner it needed to be without any medication or surgery. She pays attention to detail, and listens to your concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her line of craft and understands the end goal. I will be indeed returning to her for Strength and Conditioning training. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! 11/10

After a car vs. bike accident (I was on the bike) where I was hit by a car who had a red light but didnt see me and accelerated. As a result, I was dragged and pinned under my bike on the street which caused a horizontal whiplash and the need for 6 months of chiropractic care. As a result, I have limited mobility on my left side, and wanted to address it. I found Dr. Braun on FB and booked an assessment and a (2) 60 minute one-on-one workouts. It was the best decision because Im committed to getting strength and mobility back and theres no better way to do so except in a one-on-one basis. Im already feeling stronger after one workout. I highly recommend her and she is coming to our condo health fair!
