rep sold me a LG Blu-Ray Burner/3D play back drive, i get home and find out it was what they call a OEM model which has no software disk with it , i called LG and they tell me its pretty much useless with out the soft ware. so i call tiger direct and the manager on duty told me he was sending out the software disk by UPS that day, it as been over a week and still no software and no one at the tiger direct knows what im talking about.

Had a great experience here the other day. I went in to buy a product and needed help. The manager Johnny Mcburnie came to the rescue and provided one of the greatest shopping experiences I have ever had. He really made my day and was a great help! I love shopping here!

The employee that helped me. must have thought I was blind. looked at a $9.99 cord and then directed me to a 20.00 cord. so I said what about the $9.99 cord. he goes and gets that cord checks the price rights a ticket. 19.99. clearly thinking I did not see the $9.99 sign.then the cashier tries to sell It to me for $19.99. ahh no your sign clearly said $9.99. If your stocking boys can't read then don't try to rip me off. and the person that help me clearly thought he was above me in his station In life. not even If I dug holes for a living.. I will never step foot Into this store again. Jerks...
