Recommend 10/10 The whole team treats you like family & makes sure youre satisfied with the outcome. If youre not willing to put in the work as well, dont waste Mr. Fallgatters time! I hired this law firm to represent my husband. Upon hiring them I thought we were paying to be represented by Mr. Fallgatter but instead got Lisa. We paid a flat fee of $25,000 upfront and the representation was not worth that amount. We felt like Lisa did the bare minimum and didnt really fight to get my husband the best deal possible but instead wanted him to settle. My husbands case dragged out for over a year and there was no change in the amount of years that the state was offering, every motion that was put in by Lisa was denied. So after a year and there was no progress we felt like Lisa was burnt out with the case and decided to fire them and seek new counsel from a different city. But Before we made the decision to fire them I emailed Mr. Fallgatter asking if Lisa was doing everything possible or has she dropped the ball somewhere and his response was shes doing everything right then went on to explain why things were going the way they were. His explanation made sense but not enough sense to keep them on the case. We made the decision to hired a law firm based in Miami and within a months time the case was resolved and we got the plea deal that we had been asking for from the beginning with Fallgatter. If you ask me my honest opinion I feel like the lawyers in Duval work hand and hand with the state. A Miami lawyer shouldve came in that swiftly and resolved my husbands case and got the same exact deal that we had been asking for from the beginning. Lisa did a piss poor job and I highly dont recommend unless you just have money to give away.
