I have found over the years working with locally a owned business is a more personnel experience. Rene at Abbey Carpet exceeded those expectations. I had just purchased a new home and was only in town for one day so I was very time limited. Rene's knowledge and experience were key to choosing carpet for my new home in record time. The installation was scheduled for the day after I arrived in town to move in. I only had the one day before my household goods arrived. The installation team arrived right on time and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. I will definately return to Abbey Carpet for my next flooring project!

I love our new master bath. Rene helped us pick out tile and suggested a decorative trim which looks amazing. Her tile installer, Jimmy Weldon, is the best! She has made a leak in our wall and cracked tile turn out to be not such a bad thing. This is the third time we have used Family Abbey Carpet, and every experience has been the same - outstanding work and great service. I would not go anywhere else.

Over the past 20+ years of working with Family Carpets, I have always experienced superior service. Anytime that I had a concern or a problem it has been resolved within the day. I would/will always recommend them to anyone asks "where to go for flooring". BJ Hobbs

I absolutely love the customized service provided by Rene and her family. You know they genuinely care about the changes you are about to make to your home (or office). Rene has an eye for design that is unmatched. I appreciate the help they provided when I was choosing new flooring and wallpaper when it was time to update my home. I could go on and on!
