Me and my wife have been members for years! We just relocated to Jacksonville and our first experience with this club has been outstanding. Great ownership and the service staff is great. The savings threw the club have always been there this has put the icing on the cake for us. Love it.

Tried their service and the sales rep stated they had certain brand names that were interested in, then we find out they are pushing name brands that I have never heard of with bad reviews. I cancelled my contract as stated in the back of the agreement ( 3 business days from signing) and now I am fighting to get my money back. I have experienced poor customer service, they do not return any phone calls and the Directbuy's Beta Financial is still trying to charge me. I now had to file a complaint through the BBB to see if I can get someone to resolve this issue.

My wife and I attended an open house presentation back in February. The entire sales and service staff were friendly, well mannered, and customer service oriented. And best of all we received a free cruise just for attending. Needless to say we are now direct buy members and enjoying significant savings on all our purchases.

Troy Hagar's review does not mean anything since he is the owner of the Jacksonville store...at least 4 or 5 of the excellent reviews are employees...BUYER BEWARE!!!
