Tech Ray was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. Cost was relative to other bids. I needed a rental condo cleaned that had extensive pet stains. He got all stains out and pet hair removed was crazy. Even a screen patio area rug that I was going to toss looks brand new. I also had him clean my car mats and carpet. Chocolate milkshake stains had made a mess of my carpets. I was going to buy new mats. Ray got them so clean that I'm not buying new mats now. Very happy and satisfied. The quality of work by Honor was fantastic! Will and his assistant did an AMAZING job with our stained grout and carpet. I wish I'd taken before and after pics! The only unfortunate piece of the experience was the cost. I purchased a Local Flavor coupon for up to 3 rooms for $75 for carpet and an identical one for tile, assuming this would cover most of the cost based on the coupon claiming it was 50% off. Will explained that it was good for $75 off of the cost of three rooms of cleaning. So we spent $150 for the Local Flavor coupons and had to pay another $150 for service today, totaling $300. I know this cost isn't completely unreasonable, but it was VERY unexpected as I thought we had a coupon to cover our costs. I had to decrease the square footage of tile cleaning area as we did not budget for the additional costs. The money was double what we intended to spend but we are happy w the end product and the work crew. I will not be purchasing another coupon like this as it seemed a bit shady with the final cost we had to pay. Services: Carpet cleaning, Flooring

As a new home owner, I did not know what to expect as far as pricing goes. I appreciate their willingness to change the scope of work based on my budget.
